KAYA KRIYA

‘Kaya’ is a term used to refer to the whole body. ‘Kriya’ in yoga means a cleanse. So this is a ‘whole body cleanse’ to release physical, emotional and mental tensions, and balance your energy flow completely. 

This is a guided practice that can be completed in sitting, however will be more comfortable when lying on your mat, massage table or bed.
