Back release – align your back curves
Small steps create less resistance than big steps – commit to small steps and your discomfort/pain will change.
The simple set-up for this position (shown in the video below) allows you without fuss and over complication, to release your spine.
As you allow the space in your abdomen to open, contrasting tension (holding) and relaxation (letting go), you experience less resistance with no effort required against gravity.
