Kaya kriya (the body cleanse)

Kaya in Sanskrit means body, kriya means cleanse. So, this is a whole-body cleanse, useful for releasing mental and physical tensions in the body and mind, to balance energy (or prana) flow and promote ease for sleep.

Prana flows in our bodies and can be imagined as the flow directions of the oceans in the world. When there is proper flow and temperatures are steady, the world is balanced and harmonious.
